What you get: 90 Minutes - in person or on video 30 minutes - Who are you and what part of your life are you looking to improve. Who am I, what is my background in training and what is my approach. 60 minutes - Baseline analysis, how familiar are you with personal wellness and performance optimization. What activities, environments, movements and substances do you naturally leverage to feel good.
